14 Year Old Boy Charged In Murder Of Pregnant Mom

 
 A 14-year-old kid is confronting a homicide allegation after police in La Marque found his pregnant mother dead inside her home on Saturday.
A neighbor advised Houston Chronicle that he went to keep an eye on 33 year old Nita Moseley and her high school child on Saturday morning in light of the fact that he said he hadn't got notification from them in a few days.
"Saturday morning, when I drove by and I saw the entryway open, that is the point at which I figured something wasn't right," the man said. "I thought perhaps somebody had softened up the house or something, and that is the point at which I discovered the terrible occasion that happened."
The neighbor said he found Nita Moseley's body on the kitchen floor.
Her body had been inside the house for a few days, as indicated by police.
Police reported Moseley's child missing. They reported an auto that was lost from the house as stolen.
Agents said they discovered both the high schooler and the auto Sunday evening in Houston and as indicated by police, the youngster was helpful amid the cross examination.
He was accused of first-degree murder. It is trusted that he acted alone, police said.
"I simply need everyone to realize that she (Moseley) was excellent and that she cherished, adored her child more than anything on the planet. Individuals need to realize that. Regardless of what they're hearing, she cherished him," Simons said.
La Marque police said an examination for Nita Moseley will be performed Tuesday.
In a telephone meeting with KPRC 2, the teenager's dad, who did not need his name to be uncovered said, "My child is a decent child who was managed a terrible deck of cards. This is a story that will tell individuals that families need to stick together. When they don't, this is the sort of thing that happens."
