Schoolboy seriously injured following stabbing at Aberdeen school
A pupil has been taken to hospital with serious injuries
after a stabbing at an Aberdeen secondary school, Police Scotland have
said.
It is said that the incident took place in a walkway section of
Cults Academy early this afternoon, an area of the school known by
pupils as ‘the street’.
Five police cars, a dogs van, a riot van and a rapid response ambulance are at the scene, and boy has been detained.
‘Police were called to the scene at 1.30pm and are still at the scene.
‘Inquiries into the circumstances of the incident are ongoing and
officers will remain at the scene for the time being.
