Two unidentified people found buried in shallow graves near church building in Enugu

 

  Two dead bodies Yesterday evening, were found buried in shallow graves along the Enugu Port-Harcourt Express Road by residents in the area. The discovery, made at the Ugwuaji Area of Enugu State, has left the residents in a state of shock and disbelief.


According to the reports from Daily Post, the  corpses which appeared to be fresh were found in an uncompleted building located inside a bush along the Express Way. However, the villagers are claiming the barbaric act was executed by a new church located close to the scene.

”I was travelling when I saw the crowd there and had to stop. This is wickedness of the highest order. Accusing fingers are being pointed at a particular new church along that road; I don’t know who did this; but I must say that the wicked will never go unpunished.
“People no longer value human lives; for whatever purpose this was done, it is heart breaking”  an eyewitness at the scene stated.

The police is yet to make an official statement on the incident.
